Unauthorized Use Penalty

  • Any use of our photographs without full payment and/or without written permission constitutes copyright infringement.

  • Premier Property Visuals LLC reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under federal and Florida law, including statutory damages up to $150,000 per infringement and injunctive relief.

  • Clients found using images without authorization agree to pay a minimum of three times the standard service rate, plus any legal, court, and attorney fees required to enforce our rights.

4. User Content

By submitting any content through the Website (including images, text, or reviews), you grant Premier Property Visuals LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business.

5. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs how your information is collected and used. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready at the scheduled time.

  • Requests for additional services must be made prior to the appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • If the photographer arrives and cannot access or complete the shoot due to unpreparedness or inaccessibility, it will be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee will be charged.

  • Severe weather or emergencies will be handled with flexible rescheduling at no additional cost.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, the appointment may be marked as a no-show and charged in full.

11. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 5 business days of the delivery of the photographs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Photos may not be used for any marketing or listing purposes until payment is received in full.

  • If you are not satisfied with our images, we will either fix the issue or offer a full refund. However, in such cases, you are not permitted to use any of the delivered photographs.

  • Late payments are subject to a $35 late fee, with an additional 1.5% monthly interest on unpaid balances.

  • If your account becomes delinquent, Premier Property Visuals LLC reserves the right to send the matter to a collections agency.

  • You agree to be liable for all collection costs, including attorney fees, court costs, and administrative fees.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or our services after any changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
